Return and Cancellation Policy

We ask that you kindly give a 24-hour cancellation notice or a service fee may be charged. We require a 25% deposit on all spa packages, which is refundable in full with a 72-hour cancellation notice.

Gift certificates are transferable, may be redeemed for product as well as services and are non-refundable.
